there is landlord protection package version of

your home owner inusrance coverage.  I have 0.5M landlord liability coverage for each hosue for all my rentals.  But people already say that is not enough, i am thinking to increase that to 1M each.

I thinks that is probably the best risk management for the timebeing.  If somebyday sue you for 2M, then you are screwed anyway.
