请大家帮忙看看这是不是个大问题?

我在投坛看到大小地主们讨论投资收获，也想加入到这个行列。不过要成为正式地主不容易啊。第一个Offer才被接受，是个45岁老的房子，在Bay Area。刚拿到房检报告，其中有这么一段：

Structure

1. The wood members under the master bathroom show evidence of water damage. We recommend the advice and services of a licensed structural pest control operator for investigation and repair of this condition. (See Picture 15)

 

2. The framing under the master bathroom has been notched excessively in the crawl space. We recommend that advice and services of a licensed general contractor. (See Picture 16)

 

这些是从房子的地板下面的夹层才能看到的. 不知道这是不是个严重的问题？这不是Foundation问题吧 我是第一次买投资房，什么也不懂。如有哪位高手能帮我这个菜鸟看一下整个报告，指点迷津，不胜感激。
