It's a good place if you have a lot of time and a little money

Many fine restaurants or cheap good food; entertainment is the best -- nightclubs, shows, concerts etc. some are free for locals;

House is cheap, re tax is low; not much traffict; many ppl love living there including myself. I wish I had not rent my properties

so I can still live there :-)
