分析什么地方最花时间： 是leasing, 维修，collecting rent, communication? 

再看看第1，第2花时间的，分析如何reduce steps or streamline process. 

If communication, set up multiple phone numbers: One phone number for one service:

For example, number A for leasing; number B for fixing stuff, number C for collection rent. Hopefully it reduces communication time. 

Then numbers communication can be automatically sent for bookkeeping.
