请教：有关roof 的问题

1。在加州，composition shingle roof一般可以有多长的寿命？

2。2000 sqft的2层楼的SFH,换成tile roof要多少钱（包括remove old roof, installation and material of new roof and etc.)? unit price一般是多少？
