生活工作多年，联邦税，州税，我工作的公司每月都有扣掉。而且FROM W-8BEN instruction said do not use this form if you are A U.S. citizen or other U.S. person, including a resident alien individual , use form w-9 instead. I cansider myself a resident alien according to the IRS definition of Resident alien. so I DO NOT NEED TO FILL FORM W-8BEN . instead I need to fill in form w-9. am i right?
