We are sorry that you decided to move out at the end of current lease. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and wish you the best in your future endeavor.

 

To help you vacating the property, I would like to provide some friendly reminders as follows:

 

1. Please go through each cabinet to make sure nothing left. All stuff is expected to be cleaned away.


2. Nails and fixtures were not permitted in the lease, but if you did put some nails and fixtures on the wall or door, please gently remove them. If there is any mark on the wall, door or cabinet, etc, please remove them. You can get magic eraser from Home Depot or Walmat, it does a great job.


3. Carpet needs professionally cleaned after vacating, it takes about 70 to 100 bucks.


4. Trash needs put in the trash can for removal.


5. If there is any damages, please either get professionals to repair or restore, or inform me and I will talk to you about the deduction.

 

According to the lease, “When this lease ends, Tenant will surrender the Property in the same condition as when received, normal wear and tear excepted”. Please go over section X regarding moving-out condition and Section X regarding security deduction to make sure we are on the same page.
