good news for TX. nation's physicians are flowing to TX

TX is the only state in US which has insurance payment cap (250k) for noneconomics damage caused by physician's malpractice.

IBD reports today that TX receive so many borad licensure applications starting from 2005. Physicians are tired of soaring malpractice insurance and thus move to TX. The top losers are WA, CA, PA, NJ.
