This is the guy whom bussiness is in construction and have no interests in caring for this small bussiness. the same unit I bought Oct 11 for 37K, now is 40-42K. the rent is 750-800 per month. fee 180 per month, tax ~800 a year. stable renters. if no vacancy, around 15% income. for the last 10 month on three units I have, I spent almost 0 in repairs. Does this sound a good investment?
