how to accept application fee

I am going to manage a rental home by myself, this rental home is 40 mins away from my home and it is not convenient for me to go there very often. Today I had several showings , one person is very interested at this home, I told him that he can scan the application form and fax or email to me, but I am not sure how to accept application fee more convenient? mail a check to me? or give him my bank account number and ask him to deposit by himself? other ways? Thanks!
