到 craiglist for rent, starting at a rather high rent. No potential tenant has called me since last Fri. However, I have received a couple of inquiries for buying it. I ignored them.

Today, some flipper called my agent and seriously wanted to buy. My agent told him that I am an investor and I won't sell unless I can make sizable profit and the flipper says ok. The flipper knows my agent and saw the recorded transaction and contacted my agent.

Does this mean I got a real bargin? I found this house initially and my agent has done a good job following throught the SS process. 又一次证明只要熟悉具体市场，有耐心，业余的有时候可以胜过 pro ?
