怎么为 二房 注册个公司 ？

刚买了二房，听朋友说注册个公司作为二房的主人， 那样二房有什么事不会追究到自住房。大家都是这么操作的吗？ 网上看了看， 注册时问题问到：activity 类型是什么？我是不是该选：
real estate and rental and leasing
real estate
lessor of real estate
lessor of Residential Buildings and Dwellings 还是该选

Lessors of Real Estate Property, Other

还是有什么别的选择？ 多谢赐教。
