1. $800 for taking off a (smallish) shower a put on a new one using 6x6 tiles;

2. $1200 for taking off carpet in 4 rooms and hall way and stairs and put on laminated wood;

3. $2000 for painting the ~1800 sq ft 4 bedrooms house (not the ceiling), top layer only.
