should I try to recover some rental ?

My previous tenant left without notice and made quite some damage to my house.

After all mess are cleaned up, my property manager gave me a sheet, which states that previous should pay ~$3700.

Now I found where the previous tenant works. Should I hire a rental recovery company to try recover some rental?
