railroad behind the house

I am intrested in a short sale house, but there is a railroad not too far away from the backyard (maybe 0.2mile?), the railroad can be seen when standing in the backyard. the house listed for around $60K, market value may be $90K, can be rented $1000/month, avereage condition, Does it worth to buy? Thanks!
