班长，梁大等 high hand, 小地主的新问题：

1，不知道有多少年了？ 这种东西能用多少年？ 

2，如果要换掉， 用什么roof ?  shingles 应该是不能用的， 因为屋顶是平的。 

3， 换掉这种roof, 能不能直接在上面铺？
