各位大侠给点儿意见：二个投资房，选哪个好？

有二个投资房处在不同的好学区，交通购物都很方便。

1。Low-end 3 bed/2 full bath single family house in a very nice neiborhood, 1978 biult, ranch, 1664 SQFt including finished basement (there is a wet bar in basement), 2 car garage plus one separate storage in back yard which can be used as 3rd garage,deck. Expect maintanence fee.

2. High end 2 bed/2 full bath cando, built 2004, 1464 SQFt, 2 car garage, another two cars can park on the drive way,no basement, small patio, expect no maintanence fee in next 10 yaers. HOA: 150/M. 

Considering maintanence fee and HOA, the espense of the two rental properties are very close.

My question is: 1) which one is easier to rent? and 2) which one is easier to sell in the future?
