what is your current roof?

Although my wife was strongly against me, I used metal to reroof my own home. When I got my rental house reroofed, I was thinking to use rubber, but finally chose torch-on. Those roofing types are better than Asphalt shingle in terms of duration and maintenance, although they are much more expensive at the time. Long-run, you actually save money, not mention the headache when the roof is leaking in the rain.
