how about electric scissor lift

I have once helped to assemble a scaffold.  Takes some time. 

Electric scissor life is more expensive to rent, but looks very sturdy and stable.  The rated capacity is usually >500lbs.  Considering TT's body weight, it might be a better choice.  The only question I have is whether it can get through the front door.
