For international wiring, if the receiver gets local currency, many banks may give you free of wire but broader spread (diff between 买入价 and 卖出价).

If it is small amount go with low and you don't mind how many days they hold the $$ for you, Wellsfargo has low wriring fee.If it is larger amount or you need $$ ASAP, BAC charges $35 and can have "same day" (guaranteed 3 business days) service.
