不是全职的。是华人。我每月pay him service fees each month. He brought in the tenant and also managed the property. It made me sick to see the tenant "walking out free" after so much damage. What made me mad is that the agent didn't even keep the walk in inspection list. By the way, I got a new agent since the beginning of this year as the previous didn't do a good job.
