Selling a house, marked As is, today appraisal back: want seller to buy new stove, paint house and fix HVAC system, My agent said that we have to fix or kill the deal. Any other way? Price was 108k, appraisal value is 112k. Can I fix those but increase the price to 112k? Please help!
