2012 summer projects, day 10

Project #1. its been so hot, painters can only work from 6-12 in the morning...This is a 10 unit, 8000 sq ft foot print building, so 20 gal of red and 10 gal of brown later...the original bid was 10 days, $3200, I supply the paint...

 

Project #2. office conversion, open up a can of worm, interior finished framing, but find that exterior floor ledger board is all rotten out, it is weight bearing...

Project #3, Adapting a used condenser to existing furnace...had to do more work than previously participated, new disconnect, new return grille and more added on ducts... final cost is $300 for used condenser, $460 for parts, $230 labor.
