这个是不是骗子？

在网上发广告要卖一架旧钢琴，要价$6000。过了两天收到手机短讯，有人说很感兴趣，要我发email介绍信息情况。发email之后，隔天收到以下回信（未排版，原文如此）：

thanks so much for your response. I am so keen about the transaction and i am not ready for drama's so i hope you are also in for the goody. I am sure you will have received lots of offer but am offering you $6500 so i hope that beats other offers that you have got. I would have loved to call you concerning this transaction and view it first but i am an Army Officer and am currently in the BASE right now so its really going to be a bit hard to make or receive calls right now but am sure we can run the transaction successfully through here and i am cool with the little i have known about it. I will make a concrete pick up arrangement with my transport agent who will be coming over for pick up after you have received full payment into your  account and they will sign papers on my behalf if necessary. Am making the payment through PayPal or straight into your bank account from my Paypal account, so get back to me with your Paypal email or bank details where you will like the funds to be credited and i can get the funds sent asap. thanks.

根据在财坛学习的知识，我认为99.9%的可能性为骗局，大家是否认同？

另外，我想跟他玩玩。打算让他把款转到我的贷款对冲账户，如果过几天他才withdraw或dishonor存入的支票，那么帐面上的付款可以对冲利息，因此从理论上可以节省一点儿利息，相当于反而从骗子那里赚了几毛钱；如果他当天就withdraw或dishonor支票，咱不过冷眼旁观他的表演罢了，也没任何损失。大家是否认为有理？

请明白人指教。
