The estimation for fixing is $2000 in writing; my PM takes care

it 3 BR, 1.5 bath, built in 1958.

It locates in a decent subdivision.

The PM /my realtor, whom I worked with for over 2 years, mentioned the rent can be about $800/month, and value of the house after fixation is about 100K.

The repairing (fixing everything including the basement/foundation and air conditioner) estimation in writing is $15000, and house saled @ 35500.

Still run like hell??
