it is true. Thanks for the reminder. Our REO was around average 100k in Herndon and 170k in Reston by then right? That kind of REO prices vs. the average housing price 1m+ in the nearby (within 15mil.) good areas.

I guess by the same pattern, the average nearby good area housing price of LZ area may be at $200k-300k vs. the REO prices at 20k-30k. Is it close?
