Unit damage from upstairs

My unit get leak from upstairs because their ac condensation do not drain properly. Notified the owner, they fixed the ac and the leak was stopped. The question is how to get him fix my damage?

It is not a great damage and I think it is common for this type of business. I believe a lot of you have this experiences and Hope can get some guidance. Is there a way to make him pay for it?
