Townhome in a comprable US city will be $350-400K, rent $2,500.

Fresh college graduates get maybe $50K on average (tech/engineering track can get $60K+) starting salary.

Hard to say 10 yr mid career salary as it varies widely depending on location and fields.

100K is quite doable though.
