Could save a lot

One co-worker, who came from India, managed to save about 300K for the whole project. He managed the whole process by himself and applied all permits by himself instead of allowing subcontractors to apply the permits for it. He even worked with a local committee to install the drain/sewer system for free (sorry for forgetting the details).
