I don't want to have it opened at the beginning if that is possible.  A couple of banks I worked with before allow no escrow, and another bank do require. But I have no experience with PF.  So the question here I am seeking an answer is "if or not Provident Funding allow NO escrow for LVT<80%, from your personal experience if you have closed a loan with PF recently".
