请教Family liability insurance 问题

在米国有一condo出租，房屋有HOA，又买了home warranty , 经纪跟我说要买Insurance保内部，外加美国人爱打官司要个30w的Familyliability protection。 询问了allstate，给了我两个insurance。 一个叫condominium insurance， 内容personal property protection & building property protection. 另一个叫renters insurance,包含了presonal property protection & Family liability protection $ guest medical protection. 我问他们为什么不合并为一个insurance给我。因为我还在等3个Short sale ,如果各各需要两个contract 不是很麻烦？他回答我因为那单独的renters insurance覆盖了我所有的Condo，以后就不西要再重复买，只是再给每个condo买condominium insurance就行了，实在是confuse me, 想问问大家。
