No. We submit offer before the listing agent's deadline

The listing agent set deadline that day and will decide in three days, and we submit offer before the deadline. Listing agent said there were multiple offers, and later  simply told us he chose another "better" offer.

My buyer agent just want to move on and not interested in sueing.
