还在等待中，过了两个多月了，still waiting but still hopefu.

我的agent昨天给卖家发的伊妹儿：

I spoke to my buyer yesterday.  Because the repair list is so vast (有点夸张：）, it is virtually impossible to obtain a written estimate with out paying someone to prepare said document.  My buyer is not willing to invest more money into this transaction.  

This transaction will have to "Fly or Die" with what information you have.

The 90 day period since he made his $1000 deposit is drawing near and he is talking about the possibility of pulling out when his time commitment has elapsed.

He said that if you do get a better offer, GREAT, run with it.  If you do not, then the lender needs to recognize that this may be the best deal available.......possibly better than their potential attainment if they foreclose.

As you already know, the market is not just RED HOT, it is WHITE HOT.  I really expected that you would have several additional offers by now.
