No, no, real estate investing ain't easy at all!!!!
To me, I enjoy this. The feeling of control, enjoying dealing with tenants and no problem driving long distance from one house to the next, enjoying answering phone calls from potential tenants, force myself to "enjoy" going to courts to evict people... I can enjoy it doesn't mean you can enjoy it. This is not quick money either, it takes hard work and big patience, for example, work 7 years without pay, only to hope that in year 9th, I may make some money... If you have no problem with that, then join us. Otherwise, 300K a year salary is very good. For starters, you want that money as cash flow to buy your first 1, 2, 3 or 4 houses. If you buy them new and understand how to select tenants, you don't have to quit your job and get full-time in real estate. A lot of people get rich in real estate part-time. Housing investing is a great part time career.
