帮忙看看这个租客可不可以

想把原来的自住房出租，广告打出去一个星期了，看房的来了10来起，但是只有一个人交了申请，我在北卡一个中等城市,这个房是6年新，5个卧室，3个卫生间，要租1595，这个申请人来看房的时候我稍微和他聊了会儿，人看着还可以，说是self-employee,跟人家一起开了个卖汽车的店，就是收购旧车，然后转手卖给dealer或者别的人。3个小孩，大的8岁，小的4岁，老婆说是在上一个什么学校，跟nurse有关的。当场他就交了申请费，添了申请表，但是我今天用citicredit查他的信用分数只有520，最近几年的collection比较多，少到200，多的5000， 倒是没有eviction 纪录。请帮忙看看这个人合格不？他在申请表上填了岳母作为

co-applicatior,我还没有收到他岳母的材料。
