房子增值税（如果有）应该今年就付清吧？

Not sure about房子增值税 but the property is not in a state with many high tech companies and you don't see potential housing market booming like CA or some other states as CA, plus, we purchased the house at the housing peak of year 2006, sold it in 2009 at the same price as we bought it in 2009. But if there is  房子增值税,  we will let the tax accountant figure it out, we are lazy and don't do the tax  ourselves.
