从数据上来看不错，对比一下硅谷中心的

Mountain View, 不同的是交通，MV 有101高速穿过，有郊区火车直达旧金山和圣荷西；本市有谷歌、微软、LinkedIn、等等几百个大公司，原来还有航天公司等等。

因为是在硅谷中心地带，无法扩展，所以人口变化很小，但是很年轻化。

上次有个黑人人口增加比例，说是奥克兰的黑人逐渐往外移。记得Antioch 增加很多，不知Brendwood 是不是如此？最近电视上好几次报道恶性crime，都是Antioch. 如果Brendwood 没有受到这些移民影响，应该也还不错啦。耐心等待房价上升吧，你不是说2020年再回来嘛。：）
