Agree. When LM has 20mil to 30mil, she should invest like other riches. If she likes RE, then commercial RE, commercial development, hundreds of apartment units, shopping center, etc.

 

Also, don't be cheap. Hire a property manager, attorney, CPA, financial advisor, etc.
