if you think IT workers are rich, than need to think again.

average 3 generation farming families, farms about 800 acres, as of today, most tillable ground sells 7500/acre. that is 6mil in family net worth, and its virtually property tax free.

and uncle sam guarantee their farming productions, US farm bill is $200+ billion a year.
