3 facts need to be emphasized:

1) 50% of households (lower imcome) do not have tax obligation. i.e. tax payer's obligation = 400K for a family of 4.(ouch! another mortgage)

2) Annual growth of debt in OB period = 1 Trillion per year 

3) State debt is not included.
