What's to be shocking about??? Any low-entry level business you will see more people get into business but few of them really make it.

Your house-wives friends have right to become real estate agents and you have right not to use them.Who you use is really your judgement call.

 

It doesn't take a rocket science to be an engineer, dentist, pharmacist either...So relax....
