Check your QQH - you may open an account with me with your $1 mil; I'll grant you a line of credit with discounted variable interest rate 3.6%. If you can put your $$ to work (for your business?) and make higher than 3.6%, then you keep the difference; if your cash needs to sleep for a hile (timing of business opportunity?), then you don't touch the $$ and you don't pay interest. This line of credit doesn't require pay stub.
