     除了前2项跟银行有关，其他的都是escrow/title + 3rd party fee. 跟贷款机构无关跟你所在地区和你是如何negotiate your contract 有关。

Interest rate, you can always shop around, if market rate is 4.25% and you pay 1% origination fee to get 4% which is normal.

Compare apple to apple, you will find a deal.
