准备买个大点房子，用现在房子申请Equity Line of Credit会影响信用分数吗？多谢

准备同一学区买个大点房子，现在房子将来是卖还是出租还没定。用现在房子申请Equity Line of Credit（来帮助付大房子头款和装修，因为现在存款只有14万）会影响信用分数吗？如果今年买不到房，明年才买到房，是不是还是今年开equity line of credit? Is it true that I have no loss as long as I don't borrow money from the account.Wells Fargo's HELOC好吗？
