If I have lived in different state for entire 2011, but I owe the property in Illinois; it is the lost for rentals (because of vacancy),  no gains for renting the property (from the Federal  tax I can see the lost) in 2011. Do I still need to file Illinois State Tax for 2011?


Just finsihed filling my Federal tax. Thanks for everybody here who has helped me!
