TurboTax的Depreciation中有几项对结果没有影响,奇怪!

我发现在TurboTax中, 下面的数据对depreciation的结果没有影响, 不知原因, 求解答,谢谢!

Enter Escrow Fees

   Abstract and recording Fees

   Legal Fees,Title Search, Document Preparation

   Loan Surveys

   Titile Insurance

   Transfer or Stamp Tax

   Expenses youpoaid for the seller

还有后面的Any Damage Deductions下面的项目也没有用处,对depreciation的结果无影响.

   Cost of Repairs

我想把appraisal fee和inspection fee找个地方输入,但上面的cost of repairs没有用处., 只好加到Original Purpose Price上了, 不知这样行吗?
