Partnership Agreement

EVERYTHING in a partnership is subject to negotiation: do get an agreement so that there is absolutely no doubt.  In the case of not having such agreement courts will assume it's 50%-50% but this only pertains to partnership assets AND liabilities: e.g., you cannot come back argue that you should get more because you worked more, in absence of an agreement.
