Definitely agent. Had used the craiglist once, most respondents are single moms, plus a few weird single men. Picked a single mom with a kid, only lived for 4 months, had to move because she can not afford. Switched to an agent, all the regular working couples or job transfers, long lease terms, no worries so far.
