Have you seen this kind of tenant?

Just want to share some info about my new tenant. She toured the apartment in 5 min and then told me that she wanted the place, and wanted to move in ASAP. I told her that she needs to fill the application. She asked if it's ok to move in the next day and like to pay 6 month rent up front. Sure, that sounds too good to reject this kind request. So, she handled over 6 month rent in cash and moved in the next day. Not only that, she started to paint the apartment by herself, and asked me to share the cost of paint, not the labor. After the make over, the apartment looks very nice indeeed. BTW, she is the president of a start up company, and just moved to this region for her business. I felt so lucky to have her here. Not sure if you guys have similar experience, that someone would pay 6 month rent in advance.
