2007 condo，买价$12,000, 装修2000， 租金600/month，HOA 185/month，Tax 45/month. 从银行贷出9万(line of credit),interested $225/month。

贷出的9万，又买了三个condo，positive cashflow 大概 1200/month。 what is my return, what my npv at 2012.
